Refund policy

Eligibility

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Exemptions

Personalized or custom items, opened inks/paint, and perishable goods cannot be returned unless faulty.

Process

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
